Texas Antique Week: Where to Eat {etc}

Texas Antique Week: Where to Eat {etc}

So, yesterday I told you about the not-to-miss Royers Round Top Café {click here for post}

Today, other places for your Antique Week List:

Bistro 108 -  La Grange, Texas {on the square}
Cozy restaurant with an upscale, inspired, eclectic and delish menu.
{wedge salad, shrimp & crawfish bisque, shrimp & avocado BLT are among the entrees}
Be sure to call ahead and make your reservation!

Scotty & Friends – Round Top, TX
The location is a great escape from all of the Antique Week shopping – especially if you sit outside under the shade of massive Oak Trees.
On the Menu you’ll find Texas Fare including a fried green tomato sandwich!

Legal Tender Saloon – Warrenton, TX
BBQ & sandwiches {pimento & chicken salad sandwiches too}

Texas Pizza Wagon – Bar W Field
Pizza & salads

Sack Lunch Airstream  {behind Clutter, next to ex-cess} Warrenton, TX
Yummy sandwiches & excellent cookies. Sit under the striped tent and relax!

Happy Belly Airstream {Arbor Antique Show} Round Top, TX
While you are Antique Week shopping head over to the Happy Belly Airstream for some fresh baked granola, pimento cheese & hummus.

The Muffin Top Cupcake Trailer – Zapp Hall Field
Cupcakes & other deserts

Hruska’s – Ellinger, TX
Famous for Cheeseburgers (among the 50 best according to Texas Monthly Mag). . . and Kolaches!

Saddlehorn Winery - Burton, Texas
While this Winery does not serve food, they do serve wine!
They have wine to taste & wine to take – we went home with bottles of The Saddlehorn Barn Red & Saddlehorn Black Spanish.

Stone Cellar Bybee Square - Round Top, Texas
Pizza & Wine

Bugle Boy – La Grange, Texas
Live Concerts, Wine & Beer

There is no talking in this small concert hall while the artists preform – which might sound a little odd at first, but its really not – we attended the Blame Sally Concert at the Bugle Boy and loved it!
