On the Menu Monday: Fiery Hawaiian Pizza

On the Menu Monday: Fiery Hawaiian Pizza

In our family, Sunday night is family pizza night. We love to order the thin crust Fiery Hawaiian Pizza from Dominos. Recently we thought we would try our hand at recreating this pizza at home. Keep in mind the last time we made pizza at home we couldn’t find our dough roller and Mr. Z headed out to find one and came back with a SHOWER CURTAIN ROD (it’s round, it rolls) so things could only be looking up for this pizza experiment!

Not so fast.

Once everything was in the oven I looked down and had forgotten to put the yeast into the dough. Oopsy. But in the end our version turned out great . . . once I remembered the yeast of course!

Ingredients:
Canadian Bacon
Bacon
Fresh Pineapple
Roasted Red Peppers
Jalapenos
Onions
Hot sauce
Marinara Sauce
Cheese
Flour
Pizza Crust Yeast

Cook Canadian bacon & bacon, add pineapple, roasted red peppers, onions, jalapenos and toss in hot sauce. Mix marinara sauce with hot sauce to make spicy pizza sauce. Whip up pizza dough and place your spicy pizza sauce on top, add toppings & cheese and bake.

If you have a great thin crust pizza recipe I would love for you to share!
